Rolaine Gerard

Rolaine Gerard has extensive experience in business management and mentorship, currently serving as the Business Mentorship Liaison at Mission of Hope Haiti since August 2019. Prior to this role, Rolaine held the position of HR Director/Business Trainer at ELE Haiti from December 2015 to August 2019, and worked as an Executive Assistant at Islamic Relief Worldwide from 2010 to 2014. Rolaine began the professional journey as a Secretary at Université International d'Haiti from November 2008 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master 1 in Business Administration and Management from UQUAM, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from INUQUA, and certificates in English and Spanish as well as Basic Computer Skills.
