Francoise Chotard

Francoise Chotard currently serves as the Personal Assistant to Norway's Ambassador to the European Union at the Mission of Norway to the EU, a position held since January 2022. Educational qualifications consist of a DEUG in Business Translations from Université Bordeaux Montaigne and further studies at the University of Oslo and the Institut de Formation Bancaire Luxembourgeois.
