Matthew Dauphinee

Matthew Dauphinee possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Mission Plastics, Inc., where responsibilities include implementing company-wide improvements utilizing SMED, lean, and SPC methodologies. Previous roles at Mission Plastics included Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, along with experience as an Engineering Intern at National Oilwell Varco and Biomet Sports Medicine. Dauphinee's career began with an apprenticeship as a Moldmaker at Mission Plastics, culminating in the achievement of a Registered Journeyman moldmaker certification. Academically, Dauphinee holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Journeyman Moldmaker degree from NTMA Machinist Career College.
