Joseph Lammert

Joseph Lammert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management consulting, currently serving as a consultant since 2012. Lammert's expertise includes change management, knowledge transfer, process improvement, and software requirements design and implementation. In addition, Lammert has been a Group Exercise Leader at YMCA since November 2011, holding certifications in Spinning and Silver Sneakers. Lammert has also contributed as a Job Coach for Mission: St. Louis and previously worked as an Operations Assistant at Remains Inc., focusing on employee engagement and performance tracking. Lammert’s career began at Laclede Gas Company, where Lammert served for over 35 years in roles such as Superintendent, specializing in operations supervision, project management, and employee development. Lammert graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Use of Human Resources from Washington University in St. Louis.
