Amanda Flayhan

Amanda Flayhan currently serves as Vice President at Mission Staffing, Inc., a leading firm in executive search, since May 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at Northbound Executive Search from November 2021 to May 2024, including Associate Director, Senior Executive Recruiter, and Executive Recruiter. Amanda also worked as a Virtual Health Coach at Beachbody from March 2020 to April 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at OO & CO, a full-service marketing agency, and as a Football Technology Administrative Assistant at the National Football League from September 2020 to February 2021. Amanda completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Southern California, where time management skills were honed through the dual responsibilities of being a student athlete in lacrosse. Educational background also includes attendance at the University of Michigan from 2015 to 2016.
