Joyce Masinde - Ambale is a seasoned recruitment and consulting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Mission Talent since February 2024, Joyce co-founded and leads JP Humital Group, where a track record of successfully filling 35 senior and specialist positions across 11 countries has been established. Previous roles include Managing Partner for Africa at The Taplow Group S.A., Head of Executive Search at AMSCO, and Managing Director of Byconnect Data.
