Katja Schramm

Katja Schramm is the Director and Owner of Mission Talent, an international recruitment and executive search consultancy. Prior to starting Mission Talent, Katja worked as an international recruitment and executive search consultant for CA Global, specializing in recruiting for NGOs, charities, and other development organizations across Africa. Katja also has experience working as a freelancer for various international NGOs, conducting research and managing events. In their most recent role before starting Mission Talent, Katja worked as a freelance researcher for the Governance of Africa's Resources Programme (GARP) at the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA), where they conducted research on natural resource management in Tanzania.

Katja Schramm has a MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a BSc (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Westminster, and a Social Sciences degree from the University of Cape Town. Katja also attended Frederic-Joliot-Curie Schule Petershagen/Berlin.
