Vernon Salter

Vernon Salter is currently the Director of Care & Special Projects at MTI, where he focuses on providing holistic care for the life arc of cross cultural workers. He is also the Co-Owner of Smith & Salter Consulting, offering services for connection, wellness, and healthy rhythms for vocational and cross-cultural Christian work. With a background in trauma therapy and staff care, Vernon has a passion for bringing help, hope, and healing to individuals worldwide. His experience as a Team Leader at Ft. Carson and Youth Minister at Nursery Road Pres. Church reflects his commitment to serving others in various capacities.
