Phil has a background in various management roles in the construction industry before transitioning to President and CEO of Homecrafters, Inc. Phil also has experience as a Missionary and Church Planter at Cuidad de Ángeles. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration from Corban University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter University.
