Jim Kearns has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jim most recently served as the Executive COO at MissionCare Collective. Prior to that, they retired from work for a short period. Jim had a long tenure at BrightStar Care, where they held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of IT at ACL Laboratories and as a Consulting Executive at Encore Health Resources. Jim also held the role of Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Delnor Community Hospital. With Rush University Medical Center, they served as Vice President and Assoc. CIO, leading a successful implementation of a major IT project. Earlier in their career, they worked at Universal Access as the CIO, contributing to the company's growth and IPO.
Jim Kearns has a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. Jim has also pursued further education in the field of Organizational Behavior, completing an MBA program at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
