Sushmita Cosner

Sushmita Cosner has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sushmita started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University in 2007 and later worked as an Intern at EY in 2008. Sushmita continued working at EY as both a Staff Consultant and a Senior Advisory Consultant from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined PwC as a Senior Associate in Technology Advisory Services.

Following their time at PwC, Sushmita worked as a Business Intelligence Manager at REDI Global Technologies from 2013 to 2014. Sushmita then transitioned to Citi, where they held various roles, including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Finance. During this time, they managed financial planning and analysis for a $700M annual P&L and oversaw offshore resources in Citi's finance Centers of Excellence.

In 2019, Sushmita joined Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Planning & Analysis at Mission Cloud and will soon assume the role of VP of Planning & Analysis.

Sushmita Cosner holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Production from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in India.
