Tony is an industry expert in Talent Acquisition with over 15+ years of experience in recruiting, TA operations, modernizing internal processes, workfroce planning, and hiring strategy. Prior to Mission he has helped define the candidate and employee experience at prestigious companies such as IAC, Ask.com, Workday, Getaround and Contentful - some supporting the transition from startup to enterprise.
