Missionist Media is a San Diego film studio for mission-driven organizations: nonprofits, foundations, and purpose-driven brands. We make the films missions depend on: gala films, donor stories, documentaries, and monthly storytelling partnerships.

We tell the story underneath the story: the person carrying the mission, the life that changed, the reason the work matters. Then we build it into films that keep working long after the premiere.

How we work:
Story Pilot: one production day, a mini brand film plus a social story kit. No long-term commitment.
Storytelling Partnership: one production day a month, a cinematic brand story and eight reels, every month.
Signature Productions: gala films, commercials, documentaries, photography.

We also produce The Missionists, our original documentary series on the people behind Southern California's missions.

Clients include Fair Trade USA, Fortune, Qualcomm, Voices for Children, Balboa Park Conservancy, and the San Diego Zoo.

Some stories are too important to get wrong.
