Rebecca Floyd has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at both MissionLink Next and MissionLink UK, and as a Project Management Advisor at Hypernest, Rebecca has honed skills in strategy and operational growth, particularly in the APAC market while at Business Mix, where Rebecca also held the title of Managing Director. Previous positions include Operations Lead at Digital Leadership Forum, Program Manager and Managing Director at CyLon, and Programme Director at Neos, where Rebecca oversaw go-to-market project management.
