Lincoln Kan

Lincoln Kan has over two decades of experience in environmental services and engineering, primarily with the City of Mississauga since 2001, where roles have included Manager of Environmental Services, Acting Manager of Development Engineering, Project Manager of Environmental Services, and Storm Drainage Programming Engineer. Prior to this, Lincoln worked as a Water Resources Engineer at R.J. Burnside & Associates from 1997 to 2001. Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from the University of Toronto.
