Tasneem Merchant M.HRM, CHRL is an experienced HR professional with a robust track record in human resources management. With over 16 years of experience, Tasneem has held various roles at the City of Mississauga since April 2007, including HR Business Partner Manager and HR Consultant. Prior to this, Tasneem worked in HR roles at the Town of Oakville and held positions as an HR Generalist/Counsellor at the Indian School Muscat and Masina Hospital. An academic background includes an Executive Master’s in HR Management from York University and a Post Graduate Diploma from Sheridan College, complemented by a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
