Wendy McClymont is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer communication and records management. Currently serving as Customer Communication Leader at Metrolinx since June 2020 and Manager of the 311 Citizen Contact Centre for the City of Mississauga since 2015, McClymont has previously held significant roles at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), including Director and Associate Director of Member and Student Records, where notable achievements included expanding departmental resources and implementing process improvements.
