Robert Barham has held various roles in the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Robert started their career at Mississippi Baptist Health System, where they worked as a Medical Technologist from 1989 to 1993. Robert then joined Union Memorial Hospital as a Medical Technologist from 1994 to 1995. After that, they worked at British Telecom as a Senior Financial Analyst from 1995 to 2000. Robert returned to Mississippi Baptist Health System in 2001 as a Laboratory Manager, and later became the Laboratory Director in 2011.
Robert Barham earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Millsaps College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Robert then obtained a Medical Technology Certificate in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from the MBMC School of Medical Technology, attending from 1988 to 1989. Lastly, Barham pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the University of Maryland between 1993 and 1995.
