Lisa Eichelberger

Lisa Eichelberger is an experienced nursing educator and administrator currently serving as the Interim Dean of the School of Nursing at Mississippi College since January 2024, overseeing accredited baccalaureate and master’s nursing programs. With a long-standing career at Clayton State University since September 1996, Lisa holds the title of Dean Emerita of the College of Health and has previously served as Dean and Professor, managing educational programs in nursing, dental hygiene, health care management, and health fitness management. As a Legislative Consultant for Preston Group and formerly a Project Director for a federal grant at Southern Regional Medical Center, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in grant management and public health initiatives. Lisa's academic background includes a PhD in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Post Doctoral Certificate from The Wharton School.
