Erin Eaton

Erin Eaton, MCP, EdD, currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director for Academic and Student Affairs at the Mississippi Community College Board, a position held since January 2020, and previously worked as the Assistant Director of Training and Professional Development, focusing on career and technical education and adult education across fifteen community colleges in Mississippi. Prior experience includes roles at Belhaven University, such as Online Adjunct Instructor, Associate Dean for Interdisciplinary and First Year Programs, and Assistant Vice President for Student Success, where responsibilities encompassed teaching, curriculum development, and student success initiatives. Erin's earlier positions include Student Development Specialist at the University of Southern Mississippi, Director of Career & Academic Development at Belhaven College, and various roles in mental health and educational settings. Erin holds a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Leadership from Union University, a Master of Counseling Psychology from Mississippi College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & English from Mississippi College.
