James Stuart

James Stuart possesses extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Mississippi Community College Board since June 2019. In addition, James has held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at the Mississippi Department of Public Safety Planning since September 2015. Previous roles include DFA Accountant/Auditor IV with the State of Mississippi's Department of Finance & Administration and Accountant/Auditor II at the MS Department of Public Safety. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
