Kell Smith

Kell Smith has extensive experience in leadership and communication roles, currently serving as the Executive Director at the Mississippi Community College Board since May 2013. Previously, Kell held the position of Director of Communications and Legislative Services at the same organization. From August 2005 to December 2008, Kell worked at the Mississippi Secretary of State's Office, contributing valuable expertise in public service and legislative matters.
