Stephen Strayham

Stephen Strayham is an experienced professional with a background in human performance, engineering analysis, and reliability management. Currently serving as the Human Performance Program Manager at Mississippi Power since January 2016, Stephen supports the company's needs in power delivery and generation. Prior roles include Engineering Analyst Staff, where responsibilities encompassed incident investigation and corrective action programs, and significant experience at DuPont as Maintenance/Reliability Engineer/Area Manager overseeing reliability engineers and mechanical integrity efforts. Previous positions include Commissioning Mechanical at BE&K Building Group, focused on quality assurance for mechanical systems, and Manufacturing Engineer at PACECO Corp., developing logistics for large fabrications. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate’s Degree in Drafting and Design from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
