Andrew Bicknell

Andrew Bicknell is an accomplished professional in the field of broadcasting and technical services, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services CTO at Mississippi Public Broadcasting since January 2024. Previously, Bicknell held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Arkansas PBS from March 2019 to March 2024 and served as Chief Engineer at Houston Public Media from July 2015 to March 2019. Bicknell's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as President at Quantum Broadcast Group and various project management positions at Whitlock and Tait Communications. Additionally, Bicknell has a solid background in engineering management at Johnson Broadcasting and technical sales and project management at RFS Broadcast. Bicknell's educational background encompasses degrees in Radio and Television Electronics Engineering and various certifications in broadcast operations from Mt Lawley TAFE and the Australian Department of Communications.
