Janie Blouin-Grondin

Janie Blouin-Grondin, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Vice-President of Operations at Missive, where the focus is on enhancing team collaboration with an integrated omnichannel tool. Prior to this role, Janie was the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Operations at QScale, managing strategic projects and operational management while fostering partnerships. In earlier positions, Janie held leadership roles at Desjardins General Insurance Group, overseeing PMO, project portfolios, and omnichannel transformations, along with consulting roles at Edgenda and Navigant Consulting. Academic credentials include an MBA and CPA from Université Laval.
