Max de Sousa

Max de Sousa is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology and Head of Technology Services at MISSOMA since December 2020. Max has successfully facilitated scrum events and promoted Agile best practices, ensuring timely delivery of features and effective management of third-party development resources. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Autodata and DA Systems Ltd., as well as significant experience at Aviva, where Max transitioned from a High Net Worth Trading Underwriter to a Scrum Master after serving as a Business Analyst focused on Robotic Process Automation. Max holds an HNC in Manufacturing Engineering from Norwich City College and completed secondary education at Wymondham High School.
