Susanna Lopera

Susanna Lopera is a seasoned professional in logistics and customer service, currently serving as the Logistics and Customer Service Manager at Missoni since February 2024. Previous roles include managing wholesales customer service and logistics at La Perla Beauty from October 2021 to October 2023, and overseeing wholesale customer service initiatives at Bulgari from December 2017 to October 2021. Susanna has also held key customer service roles at J.LINDEBERG, Nine West Group, Christian Dior Couture, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Aerosoles, where responsibilities included order processing, account management, training, and developing operational processes.
