Erica Grinde

Erica Grinde has extensive work experience in both the public and private sectors. Erica began their career as an Attorney at Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry, & Hoven P.C. in 2008, specializing in general litigation, health care law, medical malpractice defense, railroad law, and employment law. In 2013, they transitioned to Missoula County, where they held various roles, including Civil Deputy County Attorney from August 2013 to December 2016, Director of Risk Management & Benefits from January 2017 to July 2022, and currently serves as the Chief People & Risk Officer. Their expertise lies in legal matters, risk management, and human resources.
