Joy Holdmeier

Joy Holdmeier is currently the Founder of Go Fit Mom LLC and holds the title of Zyia Active Representative at Zyia Active. Joy also works as a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA International LLC and as a Programs Manager at Missouri Athletic Club. With a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education/Sports Management from Lindenwood University, Joy has a strong background in fitness and wellness, having previously held positions such as Fitness Director and Athletic Director at various organizations.
