Ashlee Johnson

VP, University Advancement at Missouri Baptist University

Ashlee Johnson is currently the AVP of University Advancement at Missouri Baptist University. Ashlee has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including previous positions as the Director of Development and Marketing for United Cerebral Palsy Heartland and the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County. In their current role, Ashlee is responsible for leading the advancement team in their efforts to secure private support for the university through fundraising, alumni relations, and stewardship. Under their leadership, the team has successfully secured major gifts and increased overall private giving to the university.

Prior to their work in higher education, Ashlee spent several years working in nonprofits focused on fundraising and marketing. Ashlee is an expert in grant writing and has a successful track record in developing relationships with individuals, churches, businesses, and foundations. Her experience in both operational and financial management have served their well in their current role overseeing the advancement team at Missouri Baptist University.

Ashlee Johnson has a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lindenwood University. Ashlee also has certification from CFRE International in CFRE.
