Kevin Paulus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in athletics, customer success, account management, and training. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics - External Operations and Assistant Director of Athletics Communications at Missouri Baptist University, Kevin previously held roles at ClubReady, LLC as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, and at Engagedly Inc., where responsibilities included client onboarding and the development of training materials.
