Steve Gustafson

Steve Gustafson serves as the Assistant Professor of Accounting at Missouri Baptist University since August 2017, leading the Accounting Department and teaching advanced courses in accounting, auditing, tax, and forensic accounting. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Principal at SFW Partners, LLC, a notable St. Louis accounting firm, and co-founded Visionary Business Transitions, LLC, which specializes in assisting business owners with the sale of their enterprises. With extensive experience as a CPA, including time as a shareholder at Abeles and Hoffman, Steve has also worked as a Group Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as a Senior Accountant at Eide Bailly LLP. Educationally, Steve holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration along with a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
