Jill has held various leadership positions in different organizations, where Jill has implemented effective strategies to address workforce needs and maintain employee relations. Jill's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Career and Technical Education. Currently serving as the Vice President of Workforce Development at Missouri Hospital Association, Jill continues to spearhead initiatives to bridge the gap between workforce supply and demand in the healthcare industry.
