Ciara Bauer is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Missouri LAGERS since June 2023. Prior to this, Ciara held various positions at the Public School and Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri from November 2016 to May 2023, starting as an IT Support Specialist and working up to the role of Application Development Manager. Ciara also worked at the City of Jefferson in Jefferson City, MO from June 2011 to November 2016 as an IT Support Specialist, gaining experience in providing project management and support for software systems. Ciara has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Columbia College and has a background in Secondary Business Education from Westminster College (MO) and General Studies from North Central Missouri College.
