Cindy Dixon

Cindy Dixon is the Deputy Executive Director of Operations at the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Cindy served the State of Missouri from June 1992 to October 2022, where notable roles included Director of Operational Excellence, leading efforts to transform state government, and Director of the Division of General Services, overseeing diverse programs and managing a significant COVID-19 response initiative. Additionally, Cindy held various positions within the division, including Acting Director and Assistant Director, and served as State Fleet Manager. Cindy's leadership extended to the National Conference of State Fleet Administrators, where roles included President and various executive positions. Cindy earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Lincoln University in Missouri.
