Jeremy Pond

Jeremy Pond, CPA, CFE, CGFM has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jeremy currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System, where they oversee the accounting functions and is responsible for financial reporting and research. Prior to this, they worked as a Controller at the same organization.

Before their role at MOSERS, Jeremy founded and served as the Executive Director of the Single Audit Resource Center, an association that provides networking and resources to accounting professionals. Jeremy also worked at the Arizona State Retirement System, where they held various roles including Controller and Financial Reporting Manager, involved in financial reporting, research, and implementation of accounting standards. Additionally, Jeremy worked as an accountant and cash manager at Vion Receivable Investments, responsible for overseeing treasury functions and preparing financial reports. Jeremy began their career as a Senior Accountant at Fester & Chapman P.C.

Jeremy Pond, CPA, CFE, CGFM earned their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Paradise Valley Community College, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
