Roxanne James

Roxanne James is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. Currently serving as the Website Coordinator at the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System since January 2017, Roxanne previously held the position of Systems Analyst for the City of Jefferson, where responsibilities included process improvement, problem resolution, and training for the City’s ERP software solution. Prior to that role, Roxanne worked as a Computer Information Technologist I at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, developing web applications, and gained early experience as Helpdesk Support, Insurance Processor, and Administrative Assistant at Jefferson City Medical Group.
