Margo Martinez

Margo Martinez is the Owner and Founder of Be the Man LLC, a service that provides customized men's clothing directly to clients' homes or offices since February 2022. Margo serves as a Football Official for the Missouri State High School Activities Association as of August 2023. Previously, Margo worked at Paycom as a Client Success Consultant from February 2020 to May 2021, where responsibilities included strategic partnerships and data analysis to enhance client engagement with Paycom software. As Regional Sales Manager at Tom James Company from June 2015 to February 2020, Margo managed a team and regional P&L while achieving high sales performance. Other roles included positions as a Spin Instructor and Ticket Sales Representative at Oklahoma State University in 2014-2015 and as a Floor Guard and Spin Instructor at Claremore Recreation Center from 2012 to 2014. Margo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with concentrations in Marketing and Sports Management from Oklahoma State University.
