Jeff Barber

Jeff Barber is a Professional Registered Architect with extensive experience in sustainability consulting and architectural design. Currently serving as an Architect for Missouri State Parks since January 2022, Jeff is a key member of the Planning and Development Team. As the owner of Jeff Barber, Architect since October 2000, Jeff focuses on projects that educate clients about sustainability and emerging technology. Jeff has held various leadership roles, including Housing Collaborative Member & Past-Chair at Community Partnership of the Ozarks, Member of the Board of Directors & Chair at Educational Community Credit Union, and NAC Representative for the Rountree Neighborhood. Jeff's prior experience includes roles as a Housing & Environmental Design Specialist at University of Missouri Extension and Project Architect at Simon Oswald Architecture. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture in Sustainable Building Technology from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Architecture from Drury University.

Missouri State Parks

Missouri state parks and historic sites are administered by the Division of State Parks, which is a part of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Its main responsibilities are the administration of the Missouri state park system, and coordination of statewide programs in the areas of outdoor recreation and trails.
