Matthieu Jost is the Chief Executive Officer at Misterb&b. Matthieu was previously the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Co-founder of mygaytrip.com from June 2010 to October 2015.

Matthieu saw a market gap in the gay lifestyle niche and took the opportunity to make a difference for the community. Matthieu led the organization to rapid success with strong leadership and deep operations development.

Some of Matthieu's notable responsibilities include conceptualizing and launching the #1 European gay lifestyle website, scaling operations to make mygaytrip.com the largest gay trip advisor in Europe, and surpassing industry expectations by securing profits within two years of launch. Matthieu also developed and led a strong team of six individuals who oversaw and advanced all e-commerce operations.

Some of Matthieu's key achievements include maturing the brand from concept to established, earning a substantial traveller base including corporate consumers, and organic advertising attraction under the traveller base from companies such as Mercedes Benz, ACCOR hotels group, Starwood, Voyage-SNCF, Thalys, iDTGV, Tourism office of Spain, Brazil, Switzerland, Berlin, Stockholm, Cannes, Nice, XL Airways, CorsairFly, OpenSkies, and many more. Matthieu was also the sales representative for Grindr in French and Spain and gained partnership with Grindr as the publisher of the Grindr unique national free magazine - making him a key market player.

Matthieu Jost has an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from EPSI - School of Computer Engineering and a Master of Arts in Communications from EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication.
