Eric Shalyutin

Eric Shalyutin has 7 years of work experience, starting as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings in 2016. Eric then became a Corporate Legal Intern at Cavalry Portfolio Services in 2017, where they provided research and analyses on legal and compliance issues. In 2018, they worked as a Legal Intern at Canon USA, performing legal reviews and participating in contract negotiations. Eric also served as a Legal Extern at Connett P.C., assisting with research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Lane Crowell LLP, handling civil disputes and trademark infringement cases. After that, they served as a Technical Solutions Attorney at LinkSquares in 2021, focusing on technology-related legal matters. In 2022, they joined Fluent, Inc as a Corporate Counsel, specializing in advertising and privacy. Currently, they work as a Commercial Counsel at Mistplay, starting in 2023.

Eric Shalyutin completed their education with a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government, Business Management from Stony Brook University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained certifications including The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, achieved in August 2020, and the Attorney And Counselor certification from the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, which they obtained in February 2020.
