Wil Le is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships and business development, primarily within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of APAC Partnerships and Alliances at Mistral AI since August 2025, Wil leads strategic initiatives involving Government Linked Companies, Hyperscalers, and Global System Integrators in the APJ region. Previously, as the Director of Cloud Business Development APJ at Databricks, key achievements included scaling partner go-to-market strategies and launching the "Zero to GenAI" workshop series. During tenure at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2019 to December 2022, Wil directed the APAC GSI strategy and enhanced the alliance with Deloitte, earning recognition as AWS System Integrator Partner of the Year in 2020 and 2021. Prior experiences also include corporate development leadership at ST Telemedia and partner sales management at AWS across ASEAN markets. Wil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an MBA in International Business from Western International University.
