Ronen P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ronen started their career in the Israeli Defense Force, where they held various positions for 15 years. After that, they worked as the Director of Product Management at Sunlight Medical Ltd. and as a Product Manager at ECI Telecom. Ronen then transitioned to Elbit Systems Ltd, where they served as Program Manager and Marketing & Business Development Manager. Ronen later moved to Elbit Systems of America as a Senior Program and Technical Manager, specializing in C4ISR and Homeland Security. In 2013, Ronen took on the role of CEO at UAS Technologies Inc. and became a Managing Member at Philosophical Instruments, LLC where they provided strategic consulting. Most recently, Ronen has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at The Mistral Group, overseeing R&D activities and driving business development in various technology areas such as cybersecurity, AI/ML, and robotic systems.
Ronen P. began their education in 1989 at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering until 1992. Following that, they attended Tel Aviv University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
In 2001, Ronen enrolled at New York University and completed their Master of Science degree in Management in 2002. Continuing their academic journey, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2012, where they earned a Doctoral degree in Business Administration.
In addition to their formal education, Ronen obtained certifications in "Managing Federal Proposals" and "Writing Federal Proposals" from Shipley Associates in August 2011.
