Caroline Bosworth

Caroline Bosworth, FCIPD, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Caroline is currently the Head of People at MISTRAS Group, Inc., where they are responsible for creating and embedding a new people function within the UK operation. Their role includes driving engagement, performance, and targets to support the company's continued success and growth.

Prior to their current position, Caroline worked as an HR Consultant at HR Ready Ltd and a People Operations Business Partner at Cambridge Healthcare Research. Caroline also served as the Head of People, Projects, and Engagement at Corkers Crisps, overseeing all aspects of HR, project management, award submissions, and employee and community engagement. Unfortunately, Caroline is at risk of redundancy following a fire at Corkers Crisps in May 2021.
