Edward J. Prajzner is the EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at MISTRAS Group. Edward has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Prajzner began their career at Arthur Andersen LLP in their assurance and advisory services practice. Edward then moved to GE Capital, where they spent 10 years in various finance roles. Prajzner transitioned to the manufacturing industry when they joined Met-Pro Corporation as their Chief Accounting Officer. After Met-Pro was acquired by CECO Environmental Corporation, Prajzner became CECO's Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer & Secretary, and Vice President of Finance & Chief Accounting Officer.

Prajzner is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Buffalo.

Edward J. Prajzner has a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance Concentration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Edward also has a certification from the State of New Jersey in Certified Public Accountant (NJ) and a certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Certified Public Accountant (PA).

Edward J. Prajzner reports to Dennis M. Bertolotti, President & CEO. They work with Jonathan H. Wolk - Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael C. Keefe - Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and Michael J. Lange - Senior Group Executive VP Business Development & Strategic Planning; Vice Chairman.
