Szewczyk Kris has over 15 years of experience in engineering, specializing in design and application engineering. Currently an Application Engineer at MISUMI USA since May 2016, Szewczyk contributes to the R&D team by creating product specifications, including 3D models and 2D drawings, while researching materials and coatings to fulfill customer expectations. Prior experience includes serving as a Design Engineer at Kitagawa NorthTech, where responsibilities involved designing milling and turning fixtures, and as a Fixture Designer Engineer at MTU Aero Engines, focusing on various fixture designs for manufacturing processes. Earlier roles as a Programmer-setuper at Meyer Tool & Mfg. involved programming CNC machines and designing holders. Szewczyk holds a Master’s degree in Mechanics and Machine Construction from the University of Science and Technology and graduated from the Technical School of Electrical Engineering.
