Tetsushi Yamazaki

Senior Director Of Data Management at MISUMI

Tetsushi Yamazaki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tetsushi started their career as a Systems Engineer at NEC Corporation, where they managed product development, planned new software development, and strategized for new business opportunities. Tetsushi later became a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Manager, focusing on developing software for the K12 educational market.

Yamazaki then joined EC Japan, Inc. as a Program Manager, where they produced and consulted on web marketing, managed an EC site renewal project, and achieved significant sales growth for clients. Tetsushi continued their career at Infosys Technologies, LTD as a Project Manager.

In 2006, Yamazaki joined CinemaNow Japan as a Senior Manager, leading R&D efforts and new service implementation. Tetsushi also communicated with the CTO of CinemaNow headquarters in the US.

Yamazaki then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Softbrain Co Ltd, where they led decision-making processes, developed strategic alliances, and managed a large team of engineers for product development and system operations.

In 2010, Yamazaki became the Vice President of Marketing at Elmo USA Corp., responsible for K-12 classroom solution product planning and marketing in the U.S., as well as managing marketing resources and activities.

Tetsushi later joined Wild Frontier, LLC. as the Owner and CEO, and co-founded aiTWorks in 2019.

Most recently, Yamazaki has been working at MISUMI USA, where they held various positions such as Manager of Digital Marketing, Senior Manager of Ecommerce, Associate Director of eProcurement, Director of Ecommerce, and currently holds the role of Senior Director of Data Management.

Tetsushi Yamazaki attended Chigusa High School from 1983 to 1986, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Tetsushi then pursued higher education at Waseda University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Science.
