Nabamita Ghosal began their work experience in 2017 as a Bank Teller at Santander Bank, N.A. Nabamita then moved on to work at MIT Federal Credit Union, where they held multiple roles. From July 2018 to August 2019, they worked as a Contact Center Representative. Following this, they became a Senior Contact Center Representative/E-Branch Specialist from August 2019 to June 2021. Currently, they are an Information Technology/Operation Support Specialist at MIT Federal Credit Union, starting from June 2021. Their responsibilities in this role include identifying system and process gaps, implementing software upgrades, and supporting various host banking systems and online banking functions.

Nabamita Ghosal completed their Master's degree in Environmental Studies from Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bengali Language and Literature from Burdwan University in Burdwan from 2009 to 2011. In their earlier education, they completed their Higher secondary (XII) from Sainthia High School in 2008-2009 and their Secondary (X) from S B D Girls High school in 2004-2006.

In addition to their formal education, Nabamita Ghosal has acquired several certifications. These include "Jira Service Management: Administration," "Lean Six Sigma Foundations," and "Microsoft Azure: Active Directory" obtained from LinkedIn in March 2023. Nabamita also holds certifications in critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving from LinkedIn obtained in October 2022. Additionally, they completed courses in critical thinking, SQL programming, and Excel to SQL transition from LinkedIn Learning in various months and years.
