Priscilla Bugeja

Priscilla Bugeja joined MITA in 1994 as a software developer, and is the Head of the eGovernment and Corporate Solutions Department.

With over twenty five years of experience in software development, project management and ICT consultancy, Priscilla focuses on the provision of services and solutions that enable the implementation of a whole-of-government approach to public service delivery.

Priscilla has overseen some of the Agency’s key projects in the Police, Agriculture and Lands sectors. More recently she was involved in the implementation of the Mobile Government Strategy 2017-2018.

Priscilla holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of York (2014), an MSc in Strategic IT Management from the University of Derby (2009), a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Malta (1994), and a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Malta (2002).
