Wayne Lee Valentine

Wayne Lee Valentine heads the Facilities Management Department effectively managing the corporate administration function of the Agency.

Wayne has started his career with MITA over 20 years ago as a Technical Apprentice Student. Through his career with MSU / MITTS / MITA, Wayne has been actively involved in various ICT infrastructure projects across the Education and Health sectors including Internet for Schools project and Mater Dei Data Centre.

During 2010/2011, Wayne for responsible for the development of state of the art Data Centre for the Government of Malta. The MITA Data Centre is TIER III Data Centre Facility certified internationally by Uptime Institute. This certification demonstrates that the facility has attained high standards while providing a balance between performance, resource capacity and flexibility.
